Realty firm Eldeco Group has acquired a 30-acre land parcel in Himachal Pradesh for a luxury holiday home project as it has made an entry into the second home segment. Further, the company is eyeing more such projects in Uttarakhand and Goa, to cater to the huge surge in demand of The company expects to invest Rs 300 crore in the construction of the project which will be executed in phases.
